Many customers reported that the air volume of the on-site Roots blower gradually became smaller during use, and it could no longer meet the needs of the site, and the reason could not be found. Today I will discuss with you the reasons for this problem: 1. Roots blower inlet filter is clogged: The imported muffler of the Roots blower contains a filter, which has the effect of filtering impurities in the air. Over time, too much impurities accumulate inside, and the inlet is not smooth, which will lead to a smaller air volume. Therefore, we need to clean the inlet filter regularly to keep the air inlet smooth. 2. Belt slipping: No matter how good the quality of the belt is, it has a long life. After a long time, the belt should be replaced in time. The V-belt should be adjusted at intervals during use. If the belt is loose, it will slip or the fan air volume will be insufficient. 3. Pipe leakage: Roots blowers are pipeline fans that transport gas through pipelines. If the pipeline is damaged and the gas escapes into the air, insufficient air volume will naturally occur. Therefore, on-site workers must perform inspections in time. If the pipeline is damaged or leaks, it must be repaired in time. 4. The pipe is too long: Too long pipes and insufficient pressure will also lead to insufficient air volume. At this time, the pipes need to be reset. 5. Clogged pipes: We cannot guarantee that the pipelines are always unobstructed during the operation of the Roots blower. If the pipelines are blocked for some reasons, the pressure will increase. At this time, the air volume will be unstable, resulting in the instantaneous air volume being too high or too low. If this happens, the machine must be stopped in time for inspection.
