I tried to remove the sealing cover today, but I just can’t get it off. Is there any good way to do it?

Is there an assembly diagram (section view) of the equipment? If so, please send it
Take several photos from different angles, or upload a diagram of the internal structure – how is anyone supposed to analyze just this one photo!
Remove the other one and push it with a copper rod

Do not remove it by force. Figure out the structure diagram first, soak it in kerosene for a while, and then think of a way to remove it.
What type of seal is it? Please send a few more photos
Spray some universal rust remover, then tap back and forth with a wooden stick to loosen it a bit; if it still can’t be removed, the pump’s back cover has to be taken off and tapped from the other side.
