Could everyone please help analyze the cause of the failure? Is it caused by dry grinding?
What medium? Are there any abnormalities in the process operations such as vacuum or vaporization? Just give a photo and let everyone describe it based on the image?
The sliding bearing cracked, causing the shaft to shift and wear between the rotor and the shield sleeve
It may be due to insufficient clearance, excessively high temperature of the inlet medium, or the entry of impurities into the bearings, which causes the bearings to lock up; failure to shut down the system in time leads to damage.
The medium is dirty; the inlet filter needs to be removed and inspected. The temperature is high, and the lubrication is inadequate.
