The centrifugal pump is making unusual noises

During today’s inspection, I noticed that there was significant vibration at the outlet pipe of one of the large water pumps; the flexible rubber joints were also shaking up and down. There was a sound inside the pipe, similar to that of stones rubbing against it, and this sound came in intermittent bursts. I would like to ask the more experienced colleagues what could be causing such abnormal noises.
This sound should be cavitation. It is related to the inlet pipe diameter, liquid level height, and water consumption. You can contact them by phone for details
Check the flow rate to see how it compares to before; try using a different pump and restart it
The flow meter indicates normal flow; the backup pump was switched in, with no abnormal noises.
Check the assembly quality to ensure it has not been installed with excessive force, that the outlet pipe is securely fixed, and that the outlet check valve can open and close properly
Cavitation does not necessarily manifest itself in flow rate. What are your pump parameters, and what is the flow meter reading?
Regarding cavitation, if it is properly planned during the design phase, it will not occur during operation. It is recommended to pay attention to pipeline fixation.
