The multi-stage pump is severely scaled. Is there any trick to avoid dismantling it?
Pickling allows acid to react with carbonate. When using, please pay attention to the damage that improper pickling may cause to the equipment.
What medium is transported? How long does it take for it to form like this, and what material is the pump made of?
The water pump is already made of stainless steel. Either start with the treatment of the transported medium, or clean the water pump regularly.
If the flow rate is small and the head is high, and I don’t know what medium it is, you can consider using a positive displacement pump, a gear pump, or a diaphragm pump.
The only solution I can think of is pickling and heating. I wonder if the pump can withstand it.
