Pump type issue

I have two questions for everyone: 1. A pump made by Jiangsu Shuangda was found on site; its nameplate and appearance are as shown in the picture. What type of pump is this, and is there a sectional view available? 2. On the inlet and outlet flanges of some equipment, there is one or several holes that are sealed with plug nuts. What is the purpose of this? The picture shows the outlet flange of a screw pump.

Generally, import and export flanges are equipped with plugs; use some for venting
