Machine and system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of all connecting components and hydraulic pipelines are suitable for the actual operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, fluid type, temperature). - All data and information provided with the product must be followed. - This product is not a component certified as meeting the requirements of the safety concept for entire machine systems according to DIN EN ISO 13849. - The following tightening torques apply: • Threaded holes of the axial plunger unit: The maximum allowable tightening torque MGMax is the maximum value for the threaded holes inside the pump casing, and this value must not be exceeded. Please refer to the table below for the relevant values. • Accessories: Regarding the maximum allowable tightening torque for the accessories used, please follow the information provided by the manufacturer. • Fastening bolts: For fastening bolts that comply with DIN 13, we recommend that you check the allowable tightening torque under various specific conditions in accordance with VDI 2230. • Locking screw: For the locking screw provided with the axial plunger unit, the following required minimum tightening torque MV shall be used.
