May I ask, when filling in the parameters of the pump, do I need to take the pump’s efficiency into account for the flow rate Q and head H I enter? Suppose, with my current process, I need a 30m3 pump to run for one hour to complete it. When filling in the details for the pump, should I enter 30 m3/h, or take into account the pump’s efficiency and enter >30 m3/h (which would be 40 m3/h if using a efficiency factor of 0.75)?
You just need to state your requirements; if there is something like viscosity correction, the pump manufacturer will handle the conversion
You just need to fill in the amount of flow you require; it’s best to also list the properties of the medium being transported.
Be realistic and accurate; simply describe the actual operating conditions and process parameters. The supplier will handle all the conversions and calculations
When we provide the manufacturer with the data, we specify the required pump head and flow rate, and the manufacturer then selects the appropriate pump for us

In the pump data sheet submitted to the pump manufacturer, the flow rate usually requires specification of the minimum flow rate, normal flow rate, and rated flow rate. The rated flow rate is usually 1.2 times the normal flow rate. For this project. The normal flow rate can be 30 m3/h, while the rated flow rate is 36 m3/h
It is through this process of progressive amplification that the equipment size keeps increasing, resulting in a capacity that is far beyond actual needs and reduced efficiency. Just submit the data sheet according to production requirements
As a user, you just need to state your request. The manufacturer will select and configure the parameters you request based on the optimal operating conditions of the water pump.
Note: The head will become the flow rate
There is no need to consider efficiency; by specifying the pump’s flow rate, head, and properties of the fluid, the manufacturer can choose the appropriate pump model to ensure its proper operation
