Are the foundation bolts loose, and is one of the supports at the bottom of the fan broken? How does the irregularity of the sound affect things?

Was it only said before that loose anchor bolts made a loud noise? Seeking advice! How big is it?

The support structure of a unit consists of many components that work together to form a stable, robust, and rigid whole; any area where the support is insufficient or where the connections are weak will result in abnormal vibration and noise. One should not be too dogmatic.
Loose anchor bolts can cause resonance, which results in loud noises.
Once the anchor bolts become loose, the restraint on the equipment base is lost, causing the entire equipment to vibrate more intensely
