This small opening on the mud pump is used to connect the flushing water. Could someone please explain this in detail? Thank you very much.
The right one is the sealing function. Clean water at a pressure higher than that of the working medium is injected to create a sealing pressure within the sealed chamber, thereby preventing mud water from seeping into the sealing packing and causing damage to it.
