PL21 scheme: Heat exchanger, tube side, exhaust port

PLAN21 flushing fluid is the outlet medium; it flows from high pressure at the outlet to low pressure in the mechanical seal chamber, with no need for exhaust, and no exhaust valve is required； PLAN23 is equipped with a pumping ring; the flushing fluid circulates on its own, and there is exhaust gas, so an exhaust valve needs to be installed.
