In plan03, the flushing cycle is achieved through a special design of the sealing chamber; I want to know what that structure is. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
Can a conical cavity form a self-circulation?

This type of structure is used in pumps that are not equipped with facilities such as water cooling or flushing in many field applications, and such pumps are often used intermittently with locations of use that may change frequently. Examples include slurry pumps, sludge pumps, and sand pumps. The conical sealing chamber has a weak capacity for circulation; it essentially rotates together with the liquid at the rear hub of the impeller, and is commonly used in conjunction with impellers that have back vanes. The main functions of the conical sealing chamber are: 1. Exhausting air before startup ; 2. For heat dissipation during operation, the conical sealing chamber structure enables thorough mixing of the medium inside the sealing chamber with the medium at the rear hub of the impeller, allowing for mixing and heat exchange during rotation, thereby reducing the temperature inside the sealing chamber ; 3. Drainage after shutdown: If the medium near the seal is not removed in a timely manner after shutdown, particles in that medium can accumulate and even dry out, thereby damaging the seal when the pump is started again.
