Due to differences in dimensions at the interface between the two, it is recommended that the design institute obtain the dimensional drawings from the pump manufacturer before designing the process pipeline; this will resolve the issue of diameter changes. If the drawings are prepared simultaneously, this kind of problem will arise. A diameter change should be incorporated, and the design institute needs to issue a revision
