They are also used for transporting alumina and bauxite, as well as coal slurry in coal chemical industries. In addition, they are employed in industries such as oil fields, petrochemicals, and power generation for transporting mud, slag slurry, and wastewater. They represent key equipment for slurry transportation. For a long time, research on slurry pipelines and long-distance liquid pipeline transportation in China started late. High-end, large-scale hydraulic diaphragm pumps rely on imports, resulting in long procurement cycles, high prices, and difficulties in maintenance, which severely hinders the localization of equipment for long-distance transport of slurry in the metallurgy industry. As one of the earliest domestic companies to engage in the independent research and development of hydraulic diaphragm pumps, Chongpu Company has, through decades of dedicated effort, developed a comprehensive system of independent intellectual property rights. It holds patents covering various aspects such as design, materials, manufacturing processes, testing, and control.
