Over time, the small flow of the valve disc will cause the sealing to be washed away, resulting in the inability to effectively close during maintenance and internal leakage. The preheating wire is changed from crossing the pump outlet check valve to increasing the span of the outlet valve. In this way, the outlet valve does not need to be opened for preheating circulation, but the disadvantage is that the length of the preheating dead zone at the outlet valve is increased. The preheating wire on site only crosses the outlet check valve. I would like to ask everyone if this change can reduce the internal leakage of the valve. I have considered adding an outlet valve, but the investment is too high.

The high-temperature medium comes from the operating pump through the warm pump pipeline cut-off valve, and flows into the standby pump through the orifice plate restriction, so that the standby pump is in a hot standby state.
