I want to purchase a high-pressure diaphragm pump to replace the long-shaft submersible pump; the outlet pressure needs to be above 0.6 MPa. If you have any experience, please recommend some manufacturers. Thank you!

6 bar is not considered high pressure for electric diaphragm pumps, and the suction capacity of such pumps may not meet your requirements.

I’ve heard of using centrifugal pumps in place of diaphragm pumps
The analysis makes sense; the air pressure source for pneumatic diaphragm pumps is also below 0.8 Mpa, so using a pneumatic system is not appropriate. Additionally, the self-priming capability of diaphragm pumps is not as strong as one might think; they can be tried for applications with low flow rates and short suction heights (when equipped with a foot valve), but they are not really recommended for larger applications.
Why must it be a diaphragm pump? Can’t a self-priming pump be used?
I think the pumps with the best self-priming ability are steam reciprocating pumps and diaphragm pumps; moreover, since the medium contains debris, no pump that is more suitable than a diaphragm pump has been found at present.
