Dear marine industry professionals, could anyone provide information on the common model specifications and marking methods for diaphragm couplings? As shown in the figure
There is no fixed standard; it is determined by the manufacturer. For standard models, information such as shaft diameter, structure type, number of bolt holes, and diameter is provided
It seems there are indeed no universal requirements for this; it’s better to ask the manufacturer directly
The center distance is calculated as the bolt hole diameter of the coupling multiplied by the number of holes; using a caliper to measure the dimensions of two diagonal compensation blocks and then subtracting the outer diameter of one of those compensation blocks gives the center distance. Diaphragms from Wuxi Chuangming can be purchased for this purpose
The hexagonal silicon steel gasket for flexible couplings is custom-made by the manufacturer, so it certainly differs from the standards used by that manufacturer. In other words, even if you manage to find the manufacturer, the price will still be high; it’s better to order it directly from them, after all, this isn’t a large-item product.
