Are there hot oil pumps among pipeline pumps? A hot oil pump with a capacity of 150–250 delivers pressure at 12 bar; the desired pressure is 20 bar, and a pipeline pump is intended to be used to increase the pressure further.
I know that pipeline pumps include water pumps, as well as hot oil pumps?
Why not simply connect a hot oil pump in series? I’m not well-informed enough to have seen pipeline pumps for transporting hot oil
The operating temperature range for standard pipeline pumps (vertical cantilever type) is from -40 to 200°C; it is not recommended to use pipeline pumps when the temperature exceeds 180°C. Uneven heating-induced deformation can easily lead to damage of the pump’s wear parts. Centrifugal pumps are relatively mature products; any manufacturer claiming to be able to produce them must provide proof of their experience in designing such pumps. This proof should include contracts and contact information so that their claims can be verified (to prevent fraud).
I’ve never seen it; personally, it’s not easy to find, as the sealing issue is difficult to resolve
This can be done; whatever type of seal is used for your hot oil pump, I can also manufacture a seal of that type
The temperature is a bit high; it is not recommended to use ordinary pipeline centrifugal pumps. You can contact the pump manufacturer to see if they can make the necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.
