Dear friends: Which brand offers more reliable quality for boiler feed pumps? (The rated pressure of our company’s boilers is 4 MPa.) I would appreciate some recommendations. Also, has anyone used the boiler feed pumps produced by Shanghai Liancheng? Thank you
It’s used quite a lot, right? Companies like Fox, Sulzer, Calvert, Grid, and Shenyang Pump Factory all have products designed for such applications
The pumps produced by Shanghai Liancheng have relatively low efficiency; they can be used, but it depends on your expectations. If energy savings are a concern, you might consider those from Foshan Water Pump Factory, whose efficiency can reach up to 91%
Don’t expect 91% efficiency from multi-stage pumps.
We use Jialiite, and it seems to work well.
Check the flow rate; the outlet pressure is not high. There is no need to use a joint venture brand.
