Why does the pressure in the balance line of the hydrogenation lean liquid pump return to zero as soon as the pump starts up? The filter is clean, and the balance line is not blocked. . .
The pump inlet pressure is around four kilograms
Is there anything abnormal with the pump? The clearance of the balance disc is small; high pressure prevents the axial force from being balanced.
The balance tube value was present before starting the pump, but it returned to zero after the pump was started
What is the pressure before starting the pump, and what is the pressure after it starts?
4 kilograms before starting the pump, 0 after starting the pump
Are there any changes in the pump’s outlet pressure and flow rate? Are the pressure in the balance tube and the pressure at the pump inlet roughly the same? If the pressure in the balance tube is low, then the inlet pressure is also low. Is there any blockage in the filter at the pump inlet? Has the inlet flow rate decreased? Are there any changes in the liquid level and pressure in the inlet tank?
Once the pump is started, does the pressure stabilize?
How often are your lean liquid pumps overhauled?
