Dear colleagues, could you help analyze this situation? We are currently using 4 Nasim (water ring pump compressors). Recently, when machine No. 6 was in use, the position of the main return valve fluctuated greatly; the set pressure dropped by several kPa, and at times the return valve’s position reached zero. It is said that manual adjustment is required throughout a shift – automatic mode simply doesn’t work, as fluctuations become extremely severe once automatic mode is activated. It wasn’t until Tannaim was added that things improved; the valve position stabilized, and so did the pressure. Their explanation is that Nasim 6 does no work. From which perspectives can data be analyzed to show that no work is done? The current is a bit lower, but that’s understandable; it’s impossible to accept no work being done at all. The currents of the other units are around 14.1, with some reaching around 13.9, while this unit has a current of around 13.8 – the lowest among them. Additionally, this unit has the highest temperature of the working fluid, at around 28 degrees. We keep the manual water supply valve of our steam-water separator partially open; when comparing temperatures, there’s a difference of about 5-6 degrees compared to the others. These are the reasons I can think of for now; please help analyze them, Haoyou.
I wasn’t there at the time; let’s break this down. What other points might have been overlooked? As far as I can think of: 1. Whether the small return valve is closed properly. 2. The effect of the working fluid temperature on the vacuum level of the water ring pump – how significant is that effect? 3. The amount of work done, which can be determined from the outlet pressure at station 6, right? 4. If there is fluid accumulation in the large return valve, why does it turn into No. 3 Nasim, and the flow becomes stable? That doesn’t make sense

It was around 9 o’clock when the export wasn’t working, and now that it’s working, it’s around 13.76–13.86
