The pump's inlet and outlet pressures, rated flow rate and head, temperature, saturated vapor pressure, motor rated power, and the specific gravity of the medium need to be provided. Is the vibration normal? Bearing temperature?
Thank you all for sharing your opinions and experience. The problem was found to be a blocked elbow at the point where the rear pipeline enters the tower; it was resolved after purging the entire pipeline

If you mean that the outlet elbow is blocked, then it’s necessary to find out the reason. There is a filter at the pump inlet – so how could the outlet elbow get blocked? If it is blocked, it’s either because the filter is damaged or because the check valve in the outlet pipeline isn’t functioning properly
