The construction unit basically had to add oil to the oil cup every one or two days. The location of the oil leak was also very strange. The oil did not leak into the bearing box, but directly leaked to the outside. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that there were two reasons. One was that the bevel position of the oil cup was too high, causing frequent oil replenishment. The other was that the bearing box did not have a breathing hole, but a plug. After the plug was removed, the oil could smoothly enter the bearing box. Later, the manufacturer was asked to replace the oil cup (the position of the bevel was reasonable), and after replacing the plug with a breathing valve, it returned to normal. But it was such a small fault. I remember sending emails back and forth to the manufacturer. The manufacturer kept emphasizing that refueling must meet the specifications, the oil level must be correct, whether the pump is running, and whether there are any problems with the alignment. They also asked for a debugging report and an installation report. It was a lot of useless talk, and it felt like I was working abroad. Project, I am most afraid of talking about these useless things and consuming too much energy. This is just a small episode of this project. If all the problems are gathered together, just the process and machinery that I am responsible for, I feel that I can write a book, not to mention other majors such as control electrical.
