Our company installed a new pump, and after 3 months of operation the bearing broke. After it was replaced, the bearing became pitted again within less than 2 months of operation. Apart from poor alignment, what other factors could be causing this? The leader must find out the reason, otherwise there will be severe punishment. Everyone, has anyone encountered this situation before?
Have the management spend more money on better pumps and properly fitted bearings!
There’s no lack of oil, and if the oil were dirty it wouldn’t be this serious, unless it’s full of iron shavings

It’s better to clean the oil circuit as well – check whether the fuel tank, bearing housings, and filters are damaged. Judging from the picture, it doesn’t seem to be lubricated with lipids; if so, one should pay attention to whether there are impurities in the grease. Also, check the axial installation clearance. Is it due to an overly small gap, resulting from changes in the structure’s length when heated? ? ? It would be best to send a full-body photo of the pump; if there’s also a gas station, take a picture of that as well, so we can see what it looks like and facilitate discussion. For reference.
Can it be manually turned after installation? It can’t be that it’s being pulled by a motor without hardening, right? When you say there’s no lack of oil, do you mean the bearings don’t lack oil or the fuel tank doesn’t lack oil?
