The situation on site is as follows: diaphragm dampers and backpressure valves have been installed on the pipes, but when the pump starts, the pipes still vibrate severely, the liquid continues to spray out in pulses, and the flow meter shows large fluctuations. How to solve it?
Check whether the nitrogen pressure inside the damper is 70% of the operating pressure; if not, top it up promptly.
Also check whether the outlet valve has internal leakage
