One of the pump units in our factory uses the PLAN11+32+53B flushing scheme. Recently, we have noticed that the oil pressure in the seal oil tank is dropping rapidly; however, after the pump is shut down, the drop in oil pressure in the seal oil tank is not significant. What could be the reason for this? I would appreciate advice from those with more experience
I don’t know what the device involved in your question looks like. Oil level before starting the pump, oil level after starting the pump, oil level after stopping the pump. Is the oil level before starting the pump equal to the oil level after stopping it? It would be helpful to send a photo or a simple diagram for easier discussion.
The combination of 11+32 is rarely used in this way. Has the pressure in the sealing tank decreased, and has the liquid level dropped as well?
