:) Sealing flushing water pressure: 6.0 MPa, temperature: 250°C, medium: boiler water； It needs to be cooled to 50°C. Which type of cooler is suitable?
PLAN23, I guess; if it’s a 21 heat exchanger, it would be too large. Either coiled tubes or shell and tube tubes are fine; personally, I would prefer shell and tube tubes.
:For handshake coiled tubes or tubular columns, are there any recommended manufacturers?
At 250 degrees, the effect of PLAN23 alone is not necessarily good; it’s best to use water cooling in a sealed chamber combined with PLAN23
It depends on the flow rate; the heat exchange area is then calculated. If the flow rate is low, it is estimated that a coiled tube type will be necessary to handle such high pressures; this is for reference only.
