The water tank is not high enough, causing the pump to draw air

Since the tank is located below the equipment, it’s not possible to increase its height. Are there any ways to prevent vacuum suction without increasing the height? The pump has a head of 35 m, a flow rate of 30 m3/H, and a flange connection of dn50
What’s the minimum net positive suction head required for the pump? Is the 300 mm value referring to the height of the water tank itself?

The pump currently in use has too high a flow rate; protective devices such as float switches should be installed to stop the pump when the liquid level is low and start it when the level is high, either automatically or by using submersible pumps
