Horizontal vibration of centrifugal pumps

It has now been found that whether it’s the OH or BB series, there are quite a lot of issues with horizontal vibration. There are no issues with the pipelines, foundations, or alignment; the vertical vibration is within normal limits, and the axial vibration is also below 2.8 mm/s, with the horizontal vibration being around 3–5 mm/s. How did everyone solve it?
Attention must be paid to tightening the coupling bolts between the equipment and the foundation; for example, it may seem that the bolts are tightened, but in reality they do not exert the necessary tightening force on the equipment. There is also the levelness of equipment installation, as well as the inspection of the quality of secondary grouting. For reference
Now, aside from foreign-funded chemical engineering design firms, other civil industrial design firms produce equipment that is full of problems; they claim that there are no issues with the pipelines or foundations, but upon inspection, a whole host of problems are found – it’s just that they themselves think there are no problems
