Reply reward! ---------------------------------------------- The past decade has been a period of rapid development in China’s chemical industry, marked by the emergence of many new processes, products, and equipment. There has also been significant progress in China’s chemical processing equipment, which has contributed to the swift advancement of the petrochemical sector. Here, we have compiled some of the achievements and breakthroughs made by Chinese equipment manufacturers in terms of larger-scale production and increased use of domestic equipment. We invite everyone to share their insights and engage in discussions, to cheer for Made in China and to support the development of chemical processing equipment! *********************************** For the Lianyungang Honggang PTA project, Daming Heavy Industry was responsible for manufacturing 4 super-large core towers made of duplex steel, with a total weight of 507 tons; the maximum diameter of these devices is 4 meters, and their maximum length is 50 meters. As a type of duplex stainless steel product that is difficult to process, Daming Heavy Industry has overcome technical challenges such as cracking that occurs during welding and cold forming of end caps; it has also improved efficiency by 3-4 times through advancements in welding techniques. Through the joint efforts of Honggang Petrochemical, Invidia, Nanjing Three-Party Supervision, and Daming Heavy Industry, the delivery was successfully completed with high quality, in accordance with the time schedule set by Honggang Petrochemical.
