From April 29 to 30, Sinochem Hualu Company held the first overall and preliminary design coordination meeting for the coal-based new materials project of Hami Xinneng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Liu Bin, Deputy General Manager of Hami Xinneng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., Hou Pengfei, Deputy General Manager, Luo Xiao, Deputy General Manager, and Zhao Jia, Chief Engineer, as well as Wang Kai, Deputy General Manager of Hualu Company, and Luo Caiping, Chief Engineer, attended the meeting. Wang Kai welcomed the arrival of the leaders and experts present. He said that as the main design institute and the institute responsible for gasification units, Hualu Company will make full use of its technical and engineering strengths. It will integrate all available resources to address matters related to the finalization of the basic design, as well as environmental and energy assessment procedures, seizing every opportunity during critical periods. By working closely with the project owner and other relevant design institutes, the company will advance all tasks with high quality, striving to become a benchmark in the industry. Liu Bin expressed his gratitude for Hualu Company’s efforts. He hopes that the headquarters and the various facility-related departments will make full use of their extensive engineering experience, adhere to the principles of safety, reliability, and economic Reasonableness, work together to overcome challenges, strive for high-quality solutions, ensure excellence in quality, and pay close attention to cost estimates, so as to deliver high-standard basic design and engineering services. At the meeting, the project manager from Hualu Company gave a report on the overall progress of the project, as well as the status of the process plans. The participants held group discussions on topics such as the system design, auxiliary projects, plans and cost estimates, and external conditions. The holding of this coordination meeting marks the entry of the project into its final push phase. The project team will go all out to complete the overall and preliminary design work of the project with high quality, and deliver satisfactory results to the client through practical actions. The persons in charge of various units and specialties at Hami New Energy, the project managers and relevant specialty leaders from companies such as Tianchen and Chengda, as well as the heads of departments including the Project Management Department, Project Control Department, Electrical Control Room, and Digital Engineering Center at Hualu Company, along with all members of the project teams, attended the meeting. Hami New Energy Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of Xinjiang Energy Group. It was established in November 2022 in Barkol County, Hami City. It serves as the key force behind the implementation of the important strategic decisions made by the Party Committee of Xinjiang Energy Group to \"enhance the clean and efficient use of coal and accelerate the development of a new energy system.\" The company is tasked with ensuring the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources by Xinjiang Energy Group, as well as promoting the industrial upgrading of coal-based new energy and new material industries.
