Recently, Zhejiang Zhongkong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongkong Technology”) successfully won the bid for the \"Integrated Project of Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Alcohol for the Green Restoration of Abandoned Mines\" undertaken by Liaoyuan Tianying Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Liaoyuan Tianying”), which is part of China Tianying Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Tianying”). This win represents not only a significant breakthrough for Zhongkong Technology in the field of new energy and hydrogen, but also an important milestone in the company’s efforts to implement its strategy of \"Industrial AI + new forms of productive capacity.\" It marks Zhongkong Technology’s official entry into the trillion-dollar market for green energy infrastructure. The China Tianying Integrated Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Alcohol Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) is located in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province. Guided by the concept of a green revolution, this project innovatively transforms abandoned mine pits into bases for green energy production, integrating advanced technologies related to wind, solar, hydrogen, and alcohol production. It represents the largest-scale, most complex, and highest-demanding intelligent project of its kind currently under construction in China. With a total investment of 30.4 billion yuan, it plays a significant role as a model for building a new energy system and implementing the **“dual carbon” strategy**. The overall project plan calls for the construction of 2.609 GW of wind power generation facilities, one of which will be capable of producing 170,000 tons of green methanol per year, along with various supporting facilities. The goal is to create a closed-loop ecosystem that integrates \"green energy + green energy storage + green chemicals + green transportation\". Through thorough preliminary insights and demand analysis, Zhongkong Technology, leveraging the new enterprise intelligent operation architecture driven by \"1+2+N\" industrial AI, has developed an AI-driven blueprint for building smart factories. It provides intelligent solutions that cover the entire factory process, oversees the design of the factory’s automation infrastructure, and ensures seamless integration and efficient coordinated operation of all subsystems. The company is deeply involved in the entire process of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning, and it empowers its clients through knowledge transfer and an intelligent operation and maintenance system. By establishing four core capabilities – comprehensive monitoring, predictive warning, optimized coordination, and scientific decision-making – it helps clients develop sustainable digital transformation capabilities and create first-class green hydrogen smart factories in China. This project is one of the first large-scale, end-to-end green hydrogen application projects in the country. It will use new energy to drive the industrial structure transformation in Liaoyuan City, and hydrogen-based industrial models to facilitate the transformation of the city’s traditional industries. It serves as a model of great significance for **energy security, regional economic transformation, and the global goals related to carbon reduction. This partnership not only lays a solid foundation for Zhongkong Technology to develop benchmark projects in emerging energy sectors such as green hydrogen, green alcohol, and green ammonia in the future, but it also helps the company accumulate extensive industrial data and industry expertise. It provides a valuable \"testing ground\" and strong data support for the subsequent development of algorithmic technologies, AI model training, and the creation of new solutions, thereby further strengthening the company’s core competitiveness in the field of intelligent new energy solutions. Next, Zhongkong Technology will assemble an experienced team of experts and technicians to ensure the high-quality delivery of the project. Working together with China Tianying, it aims to turn the Liaoyuan project into a new global benchmark for \"zero-carbon smart factories,\" contributing technological expertise to advancing the energy revolution and establishing a green, low-carbon circular economy system.
