According to Sinochem News, on February 26, the main substation of the PUSRI-IIIB project in Palembang, Indonesia, which was constructed under the general contract of China Fifth Ring Engineering Co., Ltd. affiliated with China National Chemical Engineering Corporation, successfully received power for the first time, along with the SG-0708 substation. This provides a solid foundation for the subsequent power supply and trial operation of the facilities for producing ammonia and urea. Faced with the practical challenges of tight deadlines and heavy workload, the project team worked together with the client and all parties involved during the New Year period to prepare a detailed power supply plan in advance, verified each requirement related to power supply conditions, and thoroughly identified and eliminated all types of safety hazards. On the day of power reception, the personnel in various positions worked together in coordination, completing the verification of the status of all equipment in advance and carrying out each operation with precision, which ultimately led to the successful power connection of key equipment such as transformers and switchgear on the first attempt. During the project construction phase, despite various challenges such as the impact of Ramadan in the local area and delays in the arrival of equipment and materials, the project team remained guided by the overall objectives, carried out scientific planning, implemented meticulous management, and overcame difficulties one by one to address the bottlenecks that hindered progress. This ensured the smooth completion of the power delivery work, earning high praise from the client. Next, the project team will fully implement the group company’s \"135\" development strategy and the company’s \"123\" development approach. By working closely with all parties, they will strive to accelerate progress, foster mutual trust for shared success, and steadily advance all subsequent construction tasks. Every effort will be made to ensure that the project is put into operation on schedule, turning it into a high-quality project overseas.
