Smart Energy Island Project in Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone: This project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and was invested in and constructed by Shijiazhuang Yangqi New Energy Co., Ltd. This project mainly involves the following components: 1. Photovoltaic installation: Utilizing the unused rooftops and walls of factories in the area, distributed photovoltaic projects with a capacity of no more than 6 MW each are planned to be established, with an overall installed capacity of around 400 MW. 2. Biomass-based steam production: Construction of steam generation units capable of producing 1.8 million tons per year from biomass, in the first phase of the Shijiazhuang Biomedical Industry Park and within an additional 8 square kilometers of area ； Eastern Logistics Park is constructing a steam generation unit capable of producing 1.2 million tons of biomass per year ； Phase II involves constructing a 2-million-ton biomass-based steam generation unit to replace the existing coal-fired units. 3. Construction of virtual power plant platform: Establish a dispatching platform for the virtual power plant in Shijiazhuang Economic Development Zone. 4. Wastewater plant reclaimed water project: Constructing water treatment facilities and reclaimed water pipelines. The total investment for the project is 826 million yuan.
