The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone talks about safety, and everyone knows how to handle emergencies; identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- This lifting operation involves two production trestles used for the production of potassium sulfate and hydrochloric acid, comprising a total of 6 steel structural components. Four of these trestles have a span length of 42 meters each and weigh around 54 tons, while the other two trestles have a span length of 14 meters each and weigh around 20.6 tons. These trestles serve as important logistics pathways connecting the production facilities. To ensure the smooth progress of the lifting operations, the project team innovatively adopted a \"fully enclosed construction\" management approach for the pier, completing the installation of the pier’s enclosure structure and associated components in advance. During the lifting process, a construction method of \"segmental prefabrication + overall assembly\" was adopted. After assembly on the ground, the components were transported to the designated lifting location using a 650-ton crawler crane for overall lifting. It took only 5 days to efficiently complete the transportation and lifting of the 6-span trestle, ultimately enabling the overall lifting of the components in a single operation. The full connection of the potassium sulfate trestle and the hydrochloric acid trestle not only establishes a physical link between the process systems of the various units, but also creates favorable conditions for subsequent individual unit tests, sub-system adjustments, and full-scale plant commissioning trials. This lays a solid foundation for achieving the project’s goals of mechanical completion and trial production on schedule.
