HYSYS simulation shows two-phase flow at the tower bottom

When using Hysys to simulate a distillation column, the message \"Two liquid phases were found in the column on the stages condenser\" (sometimes \"on the stages reboiler\") appears. What is the cause of this?
What materials? What’s the temperature? Could you elaborate?
Two liquid phases were found at the top of the column in the stage condenser.
