In accordance with the provisions of documents such as the \"Regulations on the Management of Qualifications for Construction Enterprises\" (Order No. 22 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), Shenyang Ruitai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is required to return all original copies of its \"Qualification Certificates for Construction Enterprises\", both the main copy and the duplicate, to the Building Industry Development Section of the Municipal Construction Commission within 5 working days (address: Room 605, Municipal Construction Commission, 138 Beizhan Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang) ； Within 3 months from today, the enterprise staff are required to make necessary corrections; during this period, the enterprise is not allowed to apply for an upgrade or addition of construction industry qualifications, nor can it undertake new projects.
