Pressure difference between rich and lean methanol filters! If flushing is done too frequently, what type of filters are used in people’s work, and how are they structured?

You should explain the structure of the filter in your system as well as the filtration precision of the filter elements, so that everyone can determine whether the design of your equipment is reasonable. Is your system for automatic cleaning or manual cleaning? Normally, there should be one filter in use and one as a backup, with the ability to switch between them at any time.
One in use and one as backup; backwashing with nitrogen doesn’t work well, and it’s too troublesome to disassemble it for manual cleaning. Mine has a mesh size of 10
It seems that the filtration precision is too high. Generally, a filtration precision of 20–25 μm is recommended for methanol-poor solutions, while 50 μm is suggested for methanol-rich solutions.
How do you clean the filter elements in yours? Unpack it? Still nitrogen flushing?
Actually, regarding the backwashing of methanol washing filters, as far as I know, none of the about a dozen chemical plants have achieved effective backwashing; the main reason is lazy operation – backwashing becomes ineffective once the pressure difference becomes too high.
