This is also a well-established brand with good reviews. Could it be that the selection wasn’t suitable? Try another model
It shouldn’t be the case; those from Wuzhong are considered the best among domestic products. Is it possible that something is blocked inside the valve, causing it to not operate properly?
One or many? It shouldn’t be like this in Wuzhong; did I buy a fake product?
The problem with the locator is relatively easy to resolve: check whether the air supply is clean and that proper oil-water separation has been carried out; if that doesn’t work, try using a different locator
This year, in order to capture the market, Wuzhong has focused on producing low-end products. Overall, it’s not as good as before. My personal advice is to replace the valve
Excluding external factors, first adjust the locator according to the instructions. It’s not clear what brand of locator is being used; if the switch isn’t in the correct position, adjust the range. Increase the 4-20mA current slightly to see if the pressure is sufficient. Adjusting it can be tricky, so it’s best to have the manufacturer do it. If that’s not possible, replace the locator. However, the control valves we supply to our customers have never experienced such issues – the locators aren’t that fragile.
Wuzhong Instruments are considered quite good among domestic products; how could they be as poor as you say? We use its products, and no problems have arisen; I guess the reason hasn’t been found yet? Go and ask the after-sales service; their after-sales support is quite good. Statement: It’s not to advertise for them, nor am I acting as a promoter
The switch is not in the correct position; this is mainly due to problems with the valve body, or the personnel on site touching the feedback rod, causing the locator to lose its memory of the correct position
First, rule out issues with the positioner; it is important to choose the right positioner for the control valve.
