Positioning requirements for spring hangers

As the title suggests, does a spring support bracket need to be inspected regularly after it has been installed? For example, if the vibration at the inlet of a steam pipeline is high, how should the spring-supported hangers be adjusted?
If the inlet vibration exceeds the limit, the spring supports should be selected again.
I’m not sure what the mode of vibration is, but normal pipes shouldn’t vibrate; it might be a problem with the selection of the pipe supports. The pipe rack didn’t work.
