Our factory has 2 filters, with one as a backup, but this setup cannot be implemented at the moment as both filters remain in use. What are the reasons for this situation?
First, the processing load is too high, exceeding the maximum processing capacity of a single unit; second, the raw materials vary greatly, with too high a wax content in the oil.
I don’t think what you said is very clear.
If there are no problems at first, it might be that your device is leaking air, or the filter cloth hasn’t been replaced in time. Another issue is that the suction filter tube is clogged. Don’t forget to check the wear on the vacuum pump impeller. If all of the above is fine, then it’s okay. Look for the reason in the materials.
