Who is familiar with the automation upgrades in chlorosulfonic acid production?

The current factory relies on purely manual operations; it needs to be upgraded with automation as required by the safety supervision agency. Could someone with experience come and provide guidance? Does the Safety Supervision Bureau require you to use a regular control system, or a SIS system?
Do some calculations to figure out approximately how many control points there are. For a small number of points, a Siemens PLC can be used for simple control; both analog and digital signals can be handled. If the number of points exceeds a thousand, then a DCS from Zhejiang University’s Control Systems Institute would be a good choice.
I checked the documents from the Safety Supervision Bureau – Document No. 26 [2008] from the Safety Committee Office only mentions that for hazardous goods, manual operation should be replaced by automated production. Since there are no specific details provided, it’s difficult for me to determine exactly what level of modification is required to meet the Safety Supervision Bureau’s standards; however, there isn’t really any issue with carrying out the necessary modifications later on. I wonder if anyone who has done this before can share some experience :)
