I would like to ask the experts: according to item 7 of Article 20 of the TSG G5004-2014 Regulations on the Safe Use and Management of Boilers, it is required to inspect the boiler’s safety interlock devices once a month. The key point is that if the boiler stops operating, it will have an impact on other connected devices, resulting in the shutdown of the entire production facility. Now the people from the Quality Supervision Bureau have come to inspect; they say that this safety interlock test must be carried out every month, and the test involves shutting down the furnace. It is required to check monthly to prevent expiration. It is also necessary to check whether the chain report meets the relevant requirements. It’s not the shutdown tests every time mentioned by the original poster. The inspections are primarily based on the TSG G7002—2015 Regulations for Periodic Inspection of Boilers
The interlocking system here is the same – it’s fake.
