A registered chemical engineer from Shandong went to collect his certificate; the staff asked him to attach a photo and leave behind the registration form, after which he was sent away with instructions to return on the 17th to pick up the certificate. Is this the stage for submitting documents? Is this the same process for everyone? A bit confused~ Need help solving it~
