High-temperature heat exchangers are used for heat exchange between heat transfer oil and the material being processed; the temperature of the heat transfer oil is 330°C. There have been several instances of leakage, and I would like to ask if anyone has any methods to reduce such leakage. Which brand of heat exchanger do you use, and what is the performance of those exchangers? Which heat exchanger manufacturers are good? Thank you.

There are many reasons for heater leaks: improper material selection, unsuitable design, inadequate sealing performance due to poor matching of gaskets and fasteners, differences in pressure between the tube side and shell side, and even manufacturing issues. As for the leaks you mentioned, where do they usually occur?

Since it keeps leaking, it is recommended to scrap it and purchase a new one.
