Regarding internal leakage of the valve, it prevents the filter from being removed and cleaned. What actions should be taken on the equipment and processes before procurement and operation to avoid such incidents. Could everyone share their experience in this area?

Additionally, there are many reasons for internal leakage in valves: 1. Quality issues. It is recommended to choose manufacturers with satisfactory quality. Our company usually selects among the three companies – Two Highs and One Continent – the one that offers the lowest price and the shortest delivery time. 2. Usage issues. This is the most crucial. Piping purging must be thorough ; For valves with a diameter of 6\" or less, I require my employees not to use wrenches when turning them, especially for the last turn. To avoid damaging the seal by applying too much force. 3. Foreign objects are stuck on the sealing surface of the valve core. Try turning it on and off a few times to flush out the medium; maybe that will help seal it properly. The premise is to follow the second method, without damaging the sealing surface.

Instead, increase the degree of opening quickly just before the valve core reaches its fully closed position, repeating this process several times. The goal is to remove the mechanical impurities from the sealing surface and prevent damage to it during closure
It could be a quality issue with the valve itself, or it could be a problem with the filter. . . .
