Generally, there is a temperature difference between the initial and terminal ends of high-temperature pipeline transportation, that is, heat loss. The outer wall of the high-temperature section has a certain temperature; what is the insulation condition of the pipelines, and is there insulation for the vent lines? How do towers, heating furnaces, etc. reduce heat loss?
The heat losses of the device include: 1. Unusable low-temperature heat: such as the heat carried away by the cooling of the products or intermediate materials leaving the device, and the heat carried away by the exhaust gases. 2. Heat loss from pipes and equipment. Heat loss 1 is the main issue, and it can be reduced through the optimization of heat exchange processes and low-temperature heat utilization technologies. 2 Evaluation is carried out by measuring the temperature of the outer surface of the insulation layer on pipes and equipment, in order to select appropriate insulation materials and an economical thickness for the insulation layer, thereby reducing heat loss.
Could you explain it in detail? The low-temperature heat has a low temperature; how is heat exchange achieved in this case? Generally, it’s difficult to make use of it when the temperature is low. Are there any other new technologies that can recover low-temperature heat? After evaluating the thermal losses of the device, how can they be utilized and reduced? What are the various ways of utilization?

A couple of years ago, I talked with a guy from Sinopec; he said that his skills enabled him to improve the efficiency of production facilities by at least 1 million yuan per year. Such as the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, the heat distribution in the distillation system, process adjustments, etc. I think some evaluation agencies may not have such experienced technical professionals whose practical skills are excellent.
