Regarding the issue of turbidity in the raffinate oil product

The raffinate oil produced by the unit has become turbid recently; the presence of water as a cause has been ruled out, but the specific issue has not yet been identified. I would like to seek advice on this matter
Generally, it contains water; what about the solvent content?
It contains virtually no solvent; is 50 ppm of moisture sufficient to cause such turbidity?
There are no olefins at all. . The water content has now doubled; it is suspected that there is a leak in the reboiler of the reformate tower or in the C6C7 water-cooled units. If there is a leak in the reboiler, that would be a serious problem. . .
The water content is too high; take a sample to check if there is any obvious stratification.
There is no stratification, so there can’t be that much water
Is it possible that the high benzene content in the stripped oil is causing it to appear milky white, with no distinct layering and appearing rather cloudy?
A very likely possibility is too high a water content, or high levels of benzene (the freezing point of benzene is around 5 degrees, I think)
The crystallization point of benzene products is around 5.35–5.45
