Vibration of submersible pump

Several new submersible pumps have been installed, with a flow rate of 40 m^3/h and a head of 76 m. They are placed 40 meters below the ground level, and their outlets are connected to pressure tanks at a pressure of 0.3 MPa. After the pump started, the outlet pipeline vibrated abnormally. Please analyze and solve it!
Check the inlet filter screen to see if it is clogged. Blockage can cause cavitation, which in turn leads to vibration.
Whether support is needed for the latter pipeline: such a long pipeline must be properly secured.
The submersible pump is installed 40 meters underground; if the outlet flow and pressure are normal, then it’s not a problem with the inlet. I think the fixation and support of the export pipeline network are the cause of the vibrations.

I think the head rating of your pump is a bit low; around 10 meters more would be better
Check if the pump is properly secured at its base, and whether there is any debris at the inlet
Such problems usually occur due to insufficient support, but you can also measure the vibration frequency to see where exactly the vibration is taking place.
