Which expert has a plan for unloading trains with tank cars?

Our company has been using acid in tank cars for transportation. Due to supply issues, we want to switch to using acid transported by train tank cars; therefore, we need to design a system for unloading acid from train tank cars. Does any expert have expertise in this area? Please give me your guidance. Thank you.
